  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 or 5 raw potatoes
  • 1 onion, sliced thin
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • salt and pepper

    Layer vegetables and meat in a casserole.

    Dissolve bouillon cube in 1/2 cup water and juice from peas.

    Pour over meat.

    Bake uncovered at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
