- 2 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1/2 can mushrooms
- potatoes
- peas (optional)
Directions

1Layer or place all ingredients in a casserole.

2Bake, covered, three hours at 350°.

3During the last 15 minutes, you may add peas.

4The last few minutes, thicken with flour and water.

5Serves at least 6.
