  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. whole tomatoes (canned)
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. steak sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. thin noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef, then drain.

    Add tomatoes, parsley flakes, onion, ketchup and steak sauce.

    Let this mixture simmer for 30 minutes.

    Pour over cooked noodles, then add cream of mushroom soup and mix lightly.

    After mixture is mixed, top with shredded cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
