Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. round steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans Campbell's cream soup (chicken, mushroom or celery), undiluted (may mix types, I usually do)
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • seasoned salt
  • potatoes, rice or noodles to serve 6

Directions

    Place meat in a 3-quart casserole and sprinkle generously with seasoned salt.

    Mix the cans of Campbell's soup with the meat cubes and then add the remaining ingredients.

    Stir to mix.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 2 hours.

    Serve over noodles, potatoes or rice. Makes 6 generous servings.
