  • 2 lb. beef stew
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Stove Top stuffing
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Place beef, soups, mushrooms, salt and pepper in crock-pot and cook overnight (or until very tender), stirring occasionally. Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to directions and place in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Pour meat mixture over; sprinkle with cheese and cook at 350° about 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
