- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak or chuck steak
- 1 small sliced onion
- 1 (16 oz.) can Italian style tomatoes
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- dash of pepper
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. green olives
Directions

1Cut steak into 1/2-inch strips.

2Brown beef and onion in oil; drain.

3Combine all other ingredients; add to beef.

4Cook on low heat for an hour, or until beef is tender.

5Serve with bow tie noodles.

6Can serve over noodles or as a casserole by mixing meat and noodles in casserole.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Heat in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
