Beef-Cheese Enchiladas

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans or homemade
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. tortilla shells
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can milk
- 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 1/3 (2 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Add refried beans, 1/2 sour cream and taco seasoning.

3Stir until well mixed.

4In a large saucepan, heat soup, milk, chiles and cheese.

5Spread meat mixture on shells and roll up.

6Pour sauce over enchiladas.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
