- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (17 oz.) can corn
- 1/4 c. parsley
Directions

1Cook beef and vegetables until beef is browned; drain.

2Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional).

3Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, stirring often.

4Leftovers may be frozen. Serves 6 to 8.
