- 6 carrots, peeled and cut in halves
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cut in halves
- 1 head cabbage, cut in quarters

1In electric frying pan, scorch meat on both sides.

2Keep meat in middle of pan and add water until pan is 3/4 full.

3Put cabbage in far corners.

4Carrots and potatoes in middle.

5Cover for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until done.
