- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large diced onion
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown beef. Drain.

2Add onion and brown. While cooking, add Ro-Tel, soup, pepper and cheese.

3Bring to slow boil.

4Serve while hot.

5Makes about 2 quarts. Can be stored in refrigerator or frozen for later use.
