  • Rump Steak
  • 2 Large Onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 2 large tomatoes chopped
  • half teaspoon tumeric
  • 1.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 1.5 teaspoon coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 big potato
  • 1 teaspoon tomato puree
  • oil

Directions

    -Put 4 eating spoons of oil in a pan, add onions and brown them
  2. 2
    -add crushed garlic and ginger and jalapeno
  3. 3
    -Add all spices and stir quickly and then add salt and tomato puree

    -Add tomato (stir till it becomes gravy)

    -(separately) cut potato and boil 3/4 ready, drain the potato and put in the curry.

    - Cook for a bit then add HOT water.

    -Chop Dania and sprinkle
