Ingredients

  • 6 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 pkg. yeast
  • 2 c. water
  • olive oil
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • oregano
  • Parmesan
  • grated Mozzarella
  • optional: green peppers, onions, black olives, sausage, hamburger, mushrooms, anchovies, etc.)

Directions

    Mix flour, yeast and water; put in bowl, cover top with olive oil; let rise for 2 hours.

    Divide into thirds; put into large greased pizza pan.

    Put 1 can tomato sauce on each one.

    Sprinkle with oregano, Parmesan and grated Mozzarella, then anything else you want (green peppers, onions, black olives, sausage, hamburger, mushrooms, anchovies, etc.).

    Bake at 350° until slightly brown on bottom.

    Do not overbake.
