  • 3 teaspoon Red Pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 3 pieces Onions
  • 2.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1.5 teaspoon Cardamom

    Marinate for 15 minutes

    Brown onions with vegetable oil

    If desired, cut potatoes in half and microwave with salt for 5 min

    Add onions with vegetable oil to marinated meat

    Boil until all water is released from meat and reduce to desired amount of gravy

    For taste, reduce to a thick sauce, add boiling water and reduce again
