Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. boneless chuck roast
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Trim all excess fat from roast.

2Place potatoes in bottom of crock-pot.

3Lay sliced onions over potatoes.

4Place roast over potatoes.

5Pour 1/2 cup water over roast.

6Make paste of remaining ingredients and spread paste over roast.

7Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.

8(I usually put this on to cook in morning.

9While I'm at work, my dinner is cooking.)

10Make a nice tossed salad, rolls and tea.
