Beef Dip

Name: Beef Dip
Ingredients: 2 pkg. dried chipped beef; 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 1 c. sour cream; 1/2 c. milk; 1/2 tsp. pepper; dash of garlic salt; 3 tsp. onion flakes; 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper; 1/2 c. chopped pecans

2 pkg. dried chipped beef
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
dash of garlic salt
3 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

Mix cheese, sour cream, milk and beef.

Add seasonings and mix.

Put in baking dish. Saute pecans in small amount of butter. Sprinkle on top of dip.

Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

Serve hot with crackers.
