- 2 12 lbs boneless beef chuck or 2 12 lbs blade roast
- 4 teaspoons beef bouillon powder
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 10 kaiser rolls
Directions

1Put roast in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.

2Add enough boiling water so it is halfway up sides of roast.

3Cover.

4Cook on Low for 7-9 hours or on High for 3 1/2-4 1/2 hours.

5Remove the roast and strain the beef juice.

6Skim off any fat.

7Add water to the beef juice, if needed, to make 3 cups.

8Add bouillon powder, onion, powder, salt and pepper to the beef juice.

9Stir together.

10Slice beef thinly.

11Place sliced meat into each bun.

12Serve beef juice in small individual bowls for dipping.
