  • 1/2 c. Warm water
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. Barbq sauce
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Croutons
  • 6 x Thick tomato slices
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    From a 6 oz package of onion and garlic croutons, set aside 1 c..

    In asmall bowl, add in warm water and 1 egg to remainder of package.

    Stir to combine.

    Press crouton mix into greased 9 inch pie pan.

    Combine grnd beef, cheese, barbq sauce, egg, onion and croutons.

    Press into croutons crust.

    Place tomato slices on top and bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min.

    Top with cheese and bake 2 min longer.

    Serve with a salad.
