- 2 rolls canned biscuits
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- salt to taste
- grated cheese
Directions

1Brown beef and onion; drain.

2Add salt and barbecue sauce. Simmer gently about 15 minutes.

3Grease 20 muffin cups and place 1 biscuit in each cup, shaping the biscuit with fingers to fit muffin cup.

4Spoon meat mixture into biscuit cup and fill 3/4 full.

5Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.

6Bake for 15 minutes in 375° oven.
