- 25 gm Tamarind
- 75 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Chilli pwdr
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 2 x Cm cinnamon stick
- 2 x Cm lemon grass
