Beef Enchilada Bean Dip

  • 1/2 pounds Ground Beef Or Turkey
  • 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Envelope) Taco Seasoning
  • 16 ounces, weight Canned Refried Beans
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Enchilada Sauce
  • 4 ounces, weight Canned Sliced Olives
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream

Directions

    Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned.

    Drain fat, add the taco seasoning and cook per instructions on the envelope.

    Take a 9x9 dish and spread the refried beans, covering the bottom of the pan.

    Once ground beef is finished, layer it on top of the beans.

    Sprinkle on the chiles and cheese, then top with enchilada sauce.

    Cook at 350F for 20 minutes.

    Add olives and sour cream.

    Serve with tortilla chips or fill tortillas for a burrito!
