Beef Enchiladas

- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 2 cans pinto beans (Ranch Style)
- 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 large jar Ragu (meat flavor)
- 16 corn tortillas
- 8 or 12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook hamburger meat with salt and pepper until done; drain. Saute onion in oil; add to meat.

2Mix in tomato sauce and beans. Simmer about 10 minutes.

3Warm tortillas in microwave until soft. Place tinfoil in 2-inch pan and pour half of Ragu sauce on bottom. Spread and fill tortillas with meat and bean mixture and place in pan.

4Place a little of each cheese in each.

5Pour remaining Ragu over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese.

6Turn foil up so that juice will not leak out.

7Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
