  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies (mild, medium or hot to taste)
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce (mild, medium or hot to taste)
  • 12 flour tortillas (each 7 or 8-inches)
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

    Butter a 9 x 12 x 2-inch casserole.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Fry meat in skillet until browned, stirring with fork to keep pebbly. Drain.

    Add chili powder, salt, pepper and chilies.
