- 1 pkg. (10) 10-inch flour tortillas
- 3 cans enchilada sauce
- 3 c. grated cheese (Colby or Monterey Jack)
- 1 small can fire-roasted green chili peppers
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium hot pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 fresh green pepper, chopped
- sliced black olives (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground beef in skillet.

2When nearly browned, drain and add drained green chilies, garlic, onion hot pepper and fresh green pepper.
