Beef Filled Crescent Rolls

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 8 oz. carton cream cheese
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- garlic salt to taste
- 2 cans crescent dinner rolls
Directions

1Saute beef and onion in butter until beef is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients, except rolls.

2Warm the mixture but do not boil.

3Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Separate rolls and spread mixture on each roll.

4Roll into crescent shape and bake according to directions.

5Slice each roll into bite-size pieces and serve hot.
