- 1 lb. beef cubes
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 8 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 c. cooked rice
- soy sauce
- butter or oil (for frying)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fry beef cubes.

2Saute vegetables until soft.

3Soft scramble eggs and add vanilla.

4Fry rice in soy sauce and butter or oil. Combine all ingredients, salt and pepper to taste and serve.

5Any kind of meat, fish or chicken may be substituted for beef.
