- 10 oz. beef chuck (1-inch pieces)
- 1 c. onions, quartered
- 2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped coarsely
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cooked wide noodles
Directions

1Broil meat on rack about 5 to 10 minutes on each side until done.

2Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles, into a heavy skillet.

3Simmer, covered, for 2 hours until meat is tender.

4Stir in noodles.

5Divide equally into 2 portions.
