  • 10 oz. beef chuck (1-inch pieces)
  • 1 c. onions, quartered
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped coarsely
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. cooked wide noodles

Directions

    Broil meat on rack about 5 to 10 minutes on each side until done.

    Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles, into a heavy skillet.

    Simmer, covered, for 2 hours until meat is tender.

    Stir in noodles.
