  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef, cut in pieces
  • flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1/2 c. sherry wine
  • 1/2 lb. sauteed mushrooms

Directions

    Roll the meat in flour, salt and pepper.

    Add tomato soup and onion soup.

    Cook 3 1/2 hours in 250° oven.

    Add sherry wine and sauteed mushrooms.

    Cook another 1/2 hour.
