- 2 (12 oz.) cans Armour roast beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper pod
Directions

1Cut beef crosswise, real fine.

2Makes about 3 cups (or you may use leftover beef roast).

3Add chopped onion, sage, water and desired amount of hot pepper pod, to taste.

4Cook until onions turn clear and hash is fairly dry.
