  • 1 or possibly 2 pound beef chuck roast
  • 2 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 rib celery, sliced
  • 1 can Tomato Bisque soup
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1/2 soup can water
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

    Line cookie sheet with large piece of heavy duty foil.

    Place meat in center of foil and surround with vegetables.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle with dry soup mix; mix tomato soup, wine and water and pour over meat.

    Seal well.

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees and cook for 2 hrs.

    Lower heat to 300 degrees and cook another hour.
