  • 5 lb. round steak, flank steak or venison, 1 1/2-inches thick
  • 2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 3 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 3 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • black pepper *

Directions

    Remove all fat from meat. Cut into 1/8-inch slices along grain. Combine dry and liquid ingredients to make marinade. Marinate meat overnight in refrigerator.

    Drain.

    Lay meat strips on dryer rack for 8 to 10 hours at 120° to 135°.
