- 5 lb. round steak, flank steak or venison, 1 1/2-inches thick
- 2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. ketchup
- 3 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 3 tsp. onion salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- black pepper *
Directions

1Remove all fat from meat. Cut into 1/8-inch slices along grain. Combine dry and liquid ingredients to make marinade. Marinate meat overnight in refrigerator.

2Drain.

3Lay meat strips on dryer rack for 8 to 10 hours at 120° to 135°.
