- 1 lb pork chops
- 2 medium Granny Smith apples
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 bottle or can beer (33 cl)
Directions

1Cut the pork chops into 1/2 inch strips (about 1 cm).

2Slice the apples, skin on.

3Put in a large bowl.

4Add all the marinade ingredients.

5(The beer last so that all will foam :)) Make sure that all is incorporated and leave in fridge for at least 1 hour.

6When ready to cook, heat a pan with evoo.

7Take only the pork pieces and with a paper towel pat dry the excess moisture.

8Then put them in the pan and leave for 7-8 or until they get nice and brown.

9Then add the marinade with the apples in it.

10Leave for about 15 mins.

11The apples will soften and the beer will evaporate.

12Don't worry, you can open another bottle.
