- 2 lb. lean flank steak
- 1 1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 bottle liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Partially freeze meat.

2Slice thin (with grain for chewy, against grain for tender).

3Mix all of the remaining ingredients in bowl.

4Throw in meat; marinate 24 hours.

5Drain meat.

6Arrange slices on your oven rack in single layers.

7Put foil on bottom of oven; it's messy!

8Leave oven door ajar and bake at 150° for 4 to 7 hours.

9The longer it is baked, the more brittle.

10Put in airtight container and store in fridge.
