- 3 lb. flank steak
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
Directions

1Slice thin the flank steak.

2Turn each piece on its side and pound until flat.

3Mix the remaining 7 ingredients and marinate meat in sauce overnight or at least 10 hours, for best results. Lay each piece flat on aluminum foil and dry in oven (using just pilot) for 24 hours, turning occasionally.

4You may turn oven on low occasionally, but just for a short period of time and be sure to check it often.
