Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. flank steak, partially frozen
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. water, 2 beef bouillon cubes, 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, which have been combined

Directions

    Cut steak into thin slices while partially frozen.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Marinate beef overnight.

    Drain and dehydrate jerky on racks in food dehydrator or oven (200°) for 8 to 12 hours.

    When done, seal tightly.
