  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 2 lb. thinly sliced beef or venison

Directions

    Mix soy sauce, garlic salt and lemon pepper in zipper bag. Add meat; marinate in refrigerator overnight.

    Place in single layer on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 200° for 10 to 12 hours.

    Store in airtight container.
