- 2 1/2 lb. lean round steak
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid barbecue smoke
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place meat in freezer for 2 to 3 hours.

2Slice into 1/4 inch slices.

3Place all ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl.

4Add meat.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Drain meat and pat dry.

7Line cookie sheet with foil.

8Place meat on cooling racks on cookie sheets.

9Cook for 8 1/2 to 10 hours with door cracked open at 150° or warm.

10Let cool.

11Store in airtight container.
