- 1 (1 to 2 lb.) flank steak
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- garlic salt to taste
- lemon pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut steak with the grain in long strips no more than 1/4-inch thick.

2Combine meat and soy sauce. Toss to coat evenly. Drain and discard soy sauce. Sprinkle both sides of strips lightly with seasonings.

3Place strips in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 150° for 10 hours (do not allow temperature to go above 150°).

4Yields 1/4 to 1/2 pound jerky.

5Store in airtight container.
