  • 1/4 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. smoke flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper

    Remove all fat from steak.

    Slice with grain 1/8-inch thick. Cook on wire rack at 150° for 4 to 5 hours or until dry.
