Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean bottom round roast, sliced thin cross grain to form thin strips
- 1 1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 bottle liquid smoke
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- crushed red pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and marinate for 24 hours.

2Meat can be cooked in an oven on racks at 150° for 7 hours or for best results, use a dehydrator.

3Cook 4 to 5 hours at top temperature, turning once during cooking time.

4Jerky should be pliable but dry when done.

5Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. (Works well with venison and turkey, too.)
