- flank steak or brisket
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/3 tsp. barbecue salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire
Directions

1Trim all fat from meat and slice, combine all ingredients and mix well.

2Put meat in shallow dish and cover with the sauce. Marinate 12 to 24 hours.

3Lay strips in single layer over oven rack.

4Put cookie sheet below to catch drippings.

5Set oven at low temperature, about 150°, with door cracked open.

6Roast 6 to 8 hours, testing for chewiness.

7Store in glass jar.
