- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 tablespoons sliced green onions thinly
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 pounds beef top round boneless, or sirlo
- green peppers 2 lg., seeded and each cut in sixteen 1 1/2 inch chunks
- red peppers 2 lg., same as above
- mushrooms 16 sm.
- 4 onions cut in chunks
Directions

1Mix first 8ingredients in a large bowl to make the marinade. Add beef; cover and marinate in refrigerator at least overnight or up to 8 hours, stirring several times. Drain beef; reserve marinade for basting.

2Alternately thread beef, vegetables on each skewer. Grill or broil 4 inches from heat source, turning and brushing with reserved marinade until vegetables are tender and beef in cooked to desired doneness, about 8 minutes for medium.
