  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk, chilled
  • 1 lb. crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 maraschino cherries (for top of pie)
  • 2 graham cracker crusts

Directions

    Beat milk lightly and add lemon juice, pecans, coconut and pineapple.
  2. 2
    Fold together with all of Cool Whip.
  3. 3
    Fill pie crust. Add cherries to top of pie and chill.
