  • 1 lb. boneless sirloin
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 small onion, cut into chunks
  • 6 pieces of sliced pineapple

    Cut beef into small cubes.

    Place beef in glass dish.

    Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over beef.

    Marinate for 1 to 3 hours in refrigerator.

    Alternate beef and vegetables on 6 kabobs.

    Bake at 350° to desired doneness (10 minutes for rare to 20 minutes for well).
