- 1 lb. boneless sirloin
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 small onion, cut into chunks
- 6 pieces of sliced pineapple
Directions

1Cut beef into small cubes.

2Place beef in glass dish.

3Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over beef.

4Marinate for 1 to 3 hours in refrigerator.

5Alternate beef and vegetables on 6 kabobs.

6Bake at 350° to desired doneness (10 minutes for rare to 20 minutes for well).
