- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
- 1 medium (1 cup) onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 (6-inch) wooden skewers
- 1 1/2 cups couscous
- 2 tablespoons Land O LakesButter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 tablespoon chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
Directions

1Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl; mix well.

2Cover; refrigerate.

3Melt 2 tablespoons Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt in skillet over medium heat until sizzling.

4Add onion and garlic; cook 4-5 minutes or until softened.

5Add cumin, allspice and red pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, 1 minute.

6Cool 5 minutes.

7Heat oven to 400F.

8Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; set aside.

9Combine cooled onion mixture and all remaining beef ingredients in bowl.

10Divide into 8 portions; roll each into 4-inch log.

11Insert wooden skewer into each log.

12Place onto prepared baking pan.

13Bake 15-17 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F and meat is no longer pink.

14Combine couscous, 2 tablespoons Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt and salt in bowl.

15Pour boiling water over couscous mixture; cover with plastic food wrap.

16Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.

17Fluff with fork; stir in chopped parsley and mint leaves.

18Serve couscous with kebabs and sauce.
