- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 large potatoes, chunks
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Brown and partially fry

2liver in skillet with oil.

3Cook potatoes, onions, salt and pepper until potatoes are almost done. Cut liver into small chunks and add to potato soup mixture. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
