- 12 large mushroom caps
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 14 cup diced Italian sausage
- 12 minced garlic clove
- 14 cup cracker crumb
- 1 12 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced parsley
- 18 teaspoon oregano
- 1 dash salt and pepper
Directions

1Wash mushrooms.

2Remove and chop stems.

3Set mushroom caps aside.

4In skillet, combine chopped stems, butter, onion, sausage and garlic.

5Cook on high for 2-3 minutes stir occasionally.

6Remove from heat and add cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, oregano and salt and pepper, stir to blend.

7Mound mixture in mushroom caps and place in Pyrex baking dish.

8Place in microwave and cook covered on high for 4 minutes or until hot.
