  • 2 lb. lean beef (bite size pieces) stew meat
  • 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. red cooking wine (undiluted)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (even raw meat) together.

    Put in a covered casserole and bake at 325° for three hours.

    Don't peek! Serve over rice or noodles.
