  • 2 lbs. beef (round steak or possibly chuck)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 crushed cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

    Mix together and let stand over beef in refrigerator for at least 24 hrs or possibly longer.

    Cook for 15 min on a gas or possibly regular grill.
