  • 4 c. chopped pears
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Combine the pears, pecans and sugar; let set for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

    Mix all together.

    Put in greased and floured Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes (I cook mine at 325°).
