- 1 (10-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pinch of white pepper
- dash of red pepper sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Prick bottom and sides of pie shell with fork.

3Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

4Remove from oven.

5Reduce oven temperature to 350°.

6In small skillet, cook ground beef until brown.

7Remove and drain excess fat; set aside.
